JAMMU: The Army on Saturday apprehended an elderly man belonging to Pakistan-occupied Jammu & Kashmir (PoJK) along the Line of Control (LoC) in Poonch district of Jammu & Kashmir.
Troops noticed suspicious movement along the LoC in the forward area of Gulpur and intercepted the intruder. An official said, “At about 6.30 am, soldiers apprehended one PoJK resident from Rangar Nullah (rivulet) near a forward Indian post. The detained person has been identified as Mohammad Javaid (65), a resident of Choper Chopar in PoJK.”
He added that the intruder is being questioned and details are awaited.
